I firmly believe that maintaining transparency in costs is paramount. My service charges are straightforward, offering four options: an hourly rate, a half-day rate, a daily rate, and a individualised retainer package.
It is only right that you pay for the time that is spent solely supporting you and your business.
For this reason, time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes and if required, can be sent as a monthly time report so you can see where my time has been spent.
Initially, you might enlist my support for setting up projects such as website development or email database configuration. However, as time progresses, these projects may only require small, regular updates. Therefore, I prioritize flexibility and pragmatism in pricing.
